Clear financial arrangements play an important part in the attainment of good oral health. We will work with you to make your dental health care fit within your budget. The fees for our treatment are the same for all patients, whether or not you have dental insurance. The fee for our services is due at the time of treatment. Dental Insurance:All deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients we will submit claims to insurance companies. Patients are responsible for all fees that insurance does not cover. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, however we do accept most insurance plans. Some insurance companies may base their allowances on a fee schedule that may not coincide with our office fees. We encourage our patients to educate themselves on the guidelines of their own insurance plan, as the relationship is between you and your insurance company. Dental insurance will pay a potion of your investment and we urge you to be aware of the provisions and limitations of your particular plan. We will always make treatment recommendations based on what is best for your health and will work closely with you so that you may receive the maximum financial benefit from your insurance company. CareCredit:CareCredit is a payment plan financing option we offer to our patients. Many CareCredit plans are interest free. When you make a dental appointment your dentist or hygienist has reserved time exclusively for you. We ask for 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule so that we may accommodate another patient who needs our care. |
