Dr. Clancy joined Newburyport Dental Associates in 2002. After completing her undergraduate degree at Assumption College in biology and chemistry, Dr. Clancy received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. At Tufts Dr. Clancy was a member of the Clinical Honors Program.
Providing her patients with a comfortable, and personalized approach to dentistry is Dr. Clancy’s #1 goal. She is certified in CAD/CAM same day crowns and specializes in keeping even the most nervous patient comfortable. She is a member of the American Dental Society, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and The North Shore District Dental Society. Dr. Clancy is also a member of Spear Continuing Education Study Clubs.
Dr. Clancy is committed to the community of Newburyport. She serves a board member for the Newburyport Education Foundation and volunteers for the NEF Business Coalition. She is a corporator for Anna Jaques Hospital and The Institution for Savings. She is a member of The Rotary Club of Newburyport and The Greater Newburyport Mother and Families Club. Dr. Clancy lives in Newburyport with her husband and 3 children. Her family enjoys an active lifestyle and they balance their time between the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Dr. Doe, a Michigan native, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. At Tufts, he was a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll for outstanding performance on both portions
of the National Dental Board Examination.
Dr. Doe practices a broad scope of restorative dentistry including implants, cosmetics, and CAD/CAM Dentistry. Dr. Doe has a keen interest in continuing education and has attended courses at both the Pankey Institute and the Spear Education Center. He is an active member of the North Shore District Dental Society, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. He also participates in several continuing education study clubs in the area with other local Dentists and specialists.
Dr. Doe resides in the North Shore with his wife, Sarah. When not in the office, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Madalyn Hoerz recently joined Newburyport Dental Associates in 2022 after practicing in Southern New Hampshire. She completed her undergraduate training at Northeastern University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Science in Biology before continuing her training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for her doctorate degree. Throughout her time in school Madalyn worked as a genetics tutor and as a pre clinical teaching assistant, which helped foster her love of teaching others.
She has extensive experience working with patients who have severe dental anxiety and truly enjoys helping them to achieve the high level of oral health they deserve.
Continuing education has been a main focus for Dr. Hoerz throughout her career. She recently completed a 1 year fellowship in implant dentistry through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry which focused on pre operative planning, implant placement, surgical techniques such as bone augmentation and sinus lifts, implant prosthetics, and full arch rehabilitation. Additionally Dr. Hoerz is working towards a second fellowship as a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, taking courses in sleep medicine, veneer preparation, dental materials, and cosmetic dentistry. She also is certified in Botox for TMD and facial aesthetics. She is committed to a lifelong journey of learning in order to ensure that she provides optimum care for her patients.
Dr. Hoerz is a Newburyport resident and lives with her husband and their dog Riley. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, baking, hiking, skiing and spending time with her family.
